Open roles

- Clinical partnerships (contract-to-hire) — experience working with outpatient psychiatry or infusion centers; comfortable with BAA-style conversations.
- Full-stack engineer — Next.js, Supabase, Stripe, and a bias toward typed APIs, audit-friendly logging, and minimal data collection.
