• Program: Keta care-coordination texts from 1-888-666-5382 about your inquiry, scheduling, and callbacks. No marketing.
• Opt-in: only if you check the optional text-message box on our forms, or text us first. Consent is not required to get help or to use any service.
• Frequency: varies. Replies to your texts may come from Keta's automated assistant; a person on our team reads every conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time (you will get one confirmation), START to opt back in, and HELP for help, or email support@keta.clinic.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts are not monitored 24/7 and are not for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
