Keta is a coordination and referral service. It does not provide medical care, and texts are not medical advice.

What we send

Replies about your inquiry, scheduling, and callbacks. No marketing. Replies to your texts may come from Keta's automated assistant; a person on our team reads every conversation. Texts avoid health details because phones are often shared.

How to opt in

You must be 18 or older to use Keta services or receive text messages. We verify your age using your full date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) before SMS opt-in. Submissions from anyone under 18 are rejected.

After you opt in, we send one confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of getting help or of using any service; you can reach us by phone or email instead.

Frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies with your request and how often you text us.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help.

Not for emergencies

Texts are not monitored 24/7. Call 911 in an emergency, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Your number and privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the providers needed to deliver the messages.
