Introduction

At Keta, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us when you:

  • Register for an account
  • Fill out a form
  • Make a purchase
  • Sign up for our newsletter
  • Contact us

This information may include your name, email address, phone number, and other personal or medical information you choose to provide.

Voice calls and telephony

Keta publishes an inbound phone line for general information about ketamine-assisted therapy coordination in the New York metropolitan area, routing to human staff where configured, and scripted crisis and emergency disclosures (for example, 988 in the U.S.). It is not a substitute for 911, 988, or the emergency department.

Inbound calls and related signaling are delivered using Twilio, Inc. as our cloud communications provider. Twilio may process technical call metadata needed to connect and bill the call. Voice handling on our side is described at a high level in our public documentation; callers hear an automated disclosure before optional interaction with bounded assistant features.

Keta is operated as a product of Phi Digital LLC. For the public site and hotline positioning, see About and Start.

Analytics providers

We use third-party services to understand aggregate traffic and product usage on the public website. These tools may set cookies or use similar storage, and may receive technical data such as IP address, user agent, and page URLs. They are not used to make clinical decisions.

  • Phi.llc — site analytics via a script loaded from phi.llc. Review their documentation and policies for retention, processing locations, and opt-out options they may offer.
  • Google Firebase Analytics — optional; only runs when Firebase web configuration is present in our environment. If enabled, Google’s terms and policies apply to that processing.

Do not submit protected health information (PHI) in public forms or chat unless you are using a workflow explicitly designated for PHI by your clinician or partner site.

GDPR Compliance

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Information.
