How much does ketamine therapy cost? A plain guide to published prices
Compare published ketamine program prices, understand what can affect the total, and prepare cost questions for a licensed provider and your insurer.
These are prices as published when we checked in October 2026. Prices change. The linked provider pages below are the sources for each amount. This is a starting point for questions, not a recommendation or a promise of availability.
Programs differ in format, screening, included services, and payment terms. A session count alone does not make two programs equivalent. Ask each provider for a written breakdown before paying.
Mindbloom: at-home telehealth
Mindbloom publishes new-client prices of $1,290 for 6 sessions, $2,220 for 12 sessions, and $2,970 for 18 sessions in its September 2026 pricing. It is cash pay, with HSA and FSA accepted. See Mindbloom’s published pricing in Sources.
Joyous: at-home low-dose telehealth
Joyous publishes $129 per month with a 3-month commitment, or $159 month to month. See the Joyous pricing page in Sources for current terms.
Better U: at-home telehealth
Better U publishes $500 for 5 sessions, $792 for 9 sessions, and up to $2,076 for 27 sessions. See Better U’s cost guide in Sources for the published options.
Klarity: in-person infusion
Klarity does not publish a per-infusion price on its payments page. Pricing is individual. Ask Klarity for a quote and what it includes. Its payments page is linked in Sources.
What can affect the total?
In-person and at-home programs can have different costs. The number of sessions, screening visits, follow-up appointments, and services included in the program can change the total. Ask about separate fees, cancellation terms, and any travel or time away from work you may need to plan for.
Insurance generally does not cover off-label ketamine itself, although coverage of related visits or services may vary. Spravato is a separate FDA-approved product that some insurers cover, subject to their requirements. Ask the provider and your insurer about the exact product, services, coverage, and out-of-pocket costs.
At-home telehealth requirements may also change after the current DEA extension ends on 31 December 2026. Read our DEA deadline explainer below and check with your provider before committing.
Keta does not sell treatment and does not set prices. Keta is a care coordination service of Phi Digital LLC for adults 18+, not a clinic or medical provider. Keta never prescribes or diagnoses. This guide is general information, not medical advice.
